Pan had grown up around the strongest fighters on Earth. Her grandfather, Goku, her father, Gohan, and on the human side, her grandfather Mr. Satan and her mother, Videl. Her father was a great scholar, and together with her mother, they wrote a book about ki control, how to use ki blasts for self-defense, and how to fly. Although, the most special techniques remained within the family, they didn’t want them to fall into the wrong hands. During the day, Gohan and Videl lived normal lives, but at night, they became the Great Saiyaman and the Great Saiyagirl.
On Pan’s fifteenth birthday, she eagerly unwrapped an orange-wrapped gift with a wide smile, hoping it would be a new gi like her grandfather’s since hers was now too short at the ankles. However, her smile faded when she saw what it was… A Saiyaman suit for herself?
She looked up and saw her parents holding hands, waiting excitedly for her reaction. Not wanting to disappoint them, Pan forced a smile.
“Thanks, Mom, Dad! I love it!”
“Really?” Videl asked, “Does that mean you’ll fight crime with us? You’re as strong as we were when we were kids, after all!”
“Yeah!” She paused. “But wait, I’m not doing those ridiculous dances with you.”
Gohan laughed.
“Of course, honey, you don’t have to do them if you don’t want to… but you’re missing out!”

That afternoon, the three of them put on their suits to protect the city as a family. Even though regular people could now at least levitate and sometimes throw ki blasts, those more skilled in the matter often used it for evil. They broke bank vaults and reinforced jewelry store windows with their attacks and used flight to escape more easily. So, until authorities like the police reached the same power level, these masked heroes were more needed than ever.
They patrolled from the skies for several minutes, the wind brushing against their faces as they flew quickly. Eventually, they heard a commotion coming from a shopping mall, where people were screaming and running out.
“Let’s go down,” Videl said, and they did.

They entered the shopping mall, which had a skylight and two floors connected by escalators. A trio of robbers was in a clothing store, threatening the cashier from the doorway. In her panic, the cashier was throwing money into the air to get them to leave her alone. However, that wasn’t enough for the criminals.
A red-haired woman pointing a gun at the cashier began giving orders to her accomplices. One was an old man whose mustache was visible under his mask, and the other, a pink-haired girl no taller than a child.
“Take the bag we brought and stuff it with the most expensive clothes you find; we’ll sell them for more,” she told the girl, then turned to the man, “Pick up the money. We won’t let a single bill escape.”
The man started doing as he was told, while the short woman went inside, barely noticeable due to her height. She began grabbing five pieces of clothing at a time without looking.
Then, the robbers heard the footsteps of three people approaching: the Saiyaman family.
“Stop right there!” Videl exclaimed, “How dare you rob and threaten others? You’ll pay for this!”
The leader’s face turned pale.
“Ah! Saiyaman and Saiyagirl…!” She noticed the girl with them. “And… Saiyakid?”
“That’s right!” Gohan said.
Then, the couple began their extravagant introduction dance, and the leader saw an opportunity to escape while they were distracted with their moves. She turned and ran for her life, abandoning the others.
“Hey! What do you think you’re doing?” the old man said indignantly.
“Just run, idiot!”
“I’m not running. I actually read the chapter on flying from the Son-Satan book, unlike you.”
The man closed his eyes to focus on trying to fly, managing to levitate a few centimeters off the ground.
Pan, who wasn’t dancing, sighed and used her ki control to create a rope that trapped the fleeing woman, dragging her back and tying up both criminals.
“Ow! Damn it!” the woman complained, kicking, “You won’t beat me… take this!”
The woman fired at Pan, but the bullets flattened against her and fell to the ground without causing any harm. Now Pan was angry.
“Hey, this suit is new, and my parents worked really hard on it. Don’t you dare give it any holes!”
Pan walked toward the criminals, who were trembling in fear. Effortlessly, she bent the tip of the woman’s gun, rendering it useless.
“Woo! Great job, daugh… I mean, Saiyakid!” Videl cheered.
Pan pouted.
“How long were you going to keep posing? They almost got away!”
“Oh, we just wanted you to be the star,” Gohan said, “Now let’s hand them over to the police.”

Meanwhile, inside the store, the pink-haired girl was hiding among the clothes.
“Phew! They really didn’t see me. I’d better sneak out of here…”
Then she felt a chill at hearing a voice.
“Hello?” a melodic voice called, “Is anyone here? I’d like to buy this dress…”
The girl fearfully emerged from her hiding spot behind some jeans and saw that the young woman in the dress was none other than Bulla, the daughter of the famous Bulma Briefs!
The girl smiled. If she could fool this kid, she’d make a fortune!
”Oh, yes! I can tell just by looking that it would look stunning on you! It costs… hmm…” She thought for a moment. “One hundred million yen!”
Bulla’s eyes widened in shock.
“Wow. Well, okay. It’s a bit expensive, but it’s nothing my mom can’t afford.”
Bulla pulled out her card and offered it to the girl, whose eyes sparkled at the sight. The girl’s fake smile turned into a wicked grin.
“Very well…” She raised her palm, ready to unleash a ki blast at Bulla. “This is the last time you’ll see this money! Hahaha!”

Meanwhile, the Saiyaman family was handing the other two criminals over to the police. The red-haired woman was furious and kept making threats.
“You’ll pay for this! All three of you! You may have caught us, but this isn’t the end of our gang!”
Videl looked at her seriously.
“What do you mean by that?”
”Oh… well…”
Pan suddenly had a realization.
“Oh no, I know! We forgot one!” Pan began flying back towards the mall. “Be right back!”

She quickly returned to the mall, frowning with concern. What if the remaining thief had hurt someone?
Pan descended and headed toward the clothing store, where she saw a crowd gathered at the entrance… watching a fight?
Fearing the worst, Pan pushed through the people and entered the store. The forgotten thief was lying on the floor, touching a bump on her head. A girl dressed in red with golden hair was yelling at her. It was Bulla, transformed into a Super Saiyan! Her furrowed brow and hostility showed her resemblance to her father.
“How dare you try to rob me, insect? Your stupid ki blast ruined the dress I wanted! Do you know how hard it is to find such a pretty one?! Of course, you don’t! Your clothes are just rags! You’ll know the wrath of the Princess of all the… huh?”
Bulla, sensing a familiar ki, looked towards the store entrance.
“Is that you? I can recognize you under that suit.”
Pan was staring with her mouth open, galaxies in her eyes, and her hands on her cheeks in surprise.
“Wow… I’ve never seen you like this! The blonde looks spectacular on you!”
Bulla’s blush was exacerbated by the golden aura around her.
“Hehe, thanks! I wanted it to be a surprise… I was going to show you this transformation at your party tonight, but now you’ve seen it, and the surprise is ruined…” Bulla said sadly.
Pan approached and took one of her hands, while holding onto the thief with the other to prevent her escape.
“It’s okay! I saw you for the first time when we were both fighting crime, there’s no more perfect occasion!”
Bulla smiled.
“That’s great! Happy birthday, Pa… I mean, friend!”
Pan stepped forward and hugged her. By then, the police had arrived and took the remaining thief into custody.

Later, Bulla and Pan were still hanging out at the mall.
“Bulla, I told my parents we’re here together. Want to patrol with me?”
“Of course! This is like a girls’ night out!”
Bulla had already returned to her normal form, her face as gentle as ever. However, Pan had seen her fierce Saiyan side, which she loved just as much as this one.
Pan briefly thought she should buy Bulla a dress herself, just because she loved her so much…
“What’s wrong, Pan? Why are you staring at me so much?”
Pan smiled sweetly.
“Nothing. I’m just proud that you’re so strong.”
Bulla fell silent, feeling flattered. Embarrassed by her own kindness, Pan pointed to herself with her thumb and added:
“But soon I’ll be twice as strong as you!”
With that, Pan flew off ahead. Bulla smiled to herself and followed, ready to push her limits alongside her adventure partner.
